Our Story

The idea for Samhedo Audio Erotic Stories came from two sources. Patrick (an electrical engineer by trade) is really a connoisseur of erotic stories. He had been reading them for many years before we met. After we got together he decided to read his favorite ones to me. I Chrystel, being a Lit major, and novelist was not impressed.

They were poorly written, there was no plot or character development. Their lack of depth and emotional content meant they weren't real to me. I thought I could do better.

It wasn't easy. Erotic stories are an art form of their own. We worked on them together and came up with other criteria; the stories should have a positive ending, no one gets hurt.

But we wanted it made obvious that sex was good for people and we wanted stories that appealed to both sexes. Not erotica for men, or erotica just for women, but erotic stories for couples.

So why go audio?

Patrick also had a collection of videos. I would get turned-on watching them and wanted to start something, but Patrick always wanted to finish watching the movie. Frustrating!!

It was the same thing when he read to me. He was busy reading and wanted to finish the story. We decided that the perfect arrangement would be to have someone read stories to us. As it turns out Patrick with his wonderfully deep and expressive voice, also has broadcasting experience.

We had a great combination; hot writing and a sensual performance. So Samhedo Erotic Audio was born.
