Returns Policy
Damaged or Defective Items:
Samhedo has strict quality control standards. Despite the most rigorous quality control, some items may be damaged during shipment or may not work properly. In the case of your shipment arriving in a damaged condition, please return the product to the address on the shipping box for a prompt replacement.

If you need to contact us about a defective product, please contact our Fulfillment Services at 1-800-928-2018 ext 1039 and have your Order Number or tracking number available. Your Order Number and tracking number were sent to you in the Order Confirmation e-mail. You can also send us an e-mail at service@samhedo.com.
A defective or damaged item can only be replaced with the same item. Another item cannot be substituted.
Unconditional Returns:
Any unopened domestic item(s) can be returned for any reason within 30 days. Upon receipt of item(s) we will credit your credit card account for the price of the item(s) minus cost of shipping.
Products shipped to international addresses cannot be returned unless they are defective.
