Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is for orders shipped to addresses in the USA via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class. Orders shipped to addresses outside the USA will carry additional charges as determined by the USPS rates. For these international orders, a credit equal to the regular postage rate for USA orders will apply to the USPS international postage rate for that country.

Upgrading Shipping Method:

You have the option of selecting a different shipping method and/or carrier such as UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, TNT. If you choose a different carrier or faster shipping method you will be charged additional shipping charges. A credit equal to the regular postage rate for USA orders will apply to the charges for upgraded shipping.

International Limitations:

Some countries have restrictions on pornographic material. Samhedo CDs contain adult material that can be labeled pornographic. We cannot ship to countries that have restrictions on pornographic material.

Turn Around Time:

Generally orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the time you place an order. Orders received by our order fulfillment center before 1 P.M. Central Time, will be shipped the same day, unless the item is Out-of-Stock. You will receive two e-mail messages. The first to confirm receipt of your order, and the second to confirm that the order is shipped.

Out-of-Stock:

We do our best to forecast and keep all items in-stock, but in some instances we may be out-of-stock on an item and may require additional time before shipping. Usually this is a matter of 1 to 5 days. Should we be out-of-stock on an item you are ordering, a message to that effect will be displayed and you will have the option of canceling the order process, or continuing the order process. If you continue, your order will be shipped as soon as stock is replenished.

If you are ordering multiple items and we do not have all your items in-stock, you will be able to choose between canceling everything, cancel only out-of-stock item(s) and ship in-stock item(s), ship in-stock items now and back-ordered items later, or ship all items together when all items are in-stock.
